RaceTech Fork Mods:

Most of you know RaceTech makes GoldValve kits for the ZRX.
The trouble is they only effect the compression damping...the ZRX has a real shortage of rebound damping.

Tealdo, Lee Parks and Paul Thede (the owner of RaceTech) have come up with a rebound GoldValve setup that really ROCKS for the ZRX!

1999-2003 only, the 2004-2005 bikes we can only change springs on....but, I'm working on it

It can be installed separate of the normal compression valve and the bang for the buck is

I can order them for you to install yourself, or I offer installation services. Turnaround is one week.

Pricing:
Rebound GoldValve kit $169
Normal compression GoldValve kit $169
Springs $119
But any two+ of above, get 10% off

2)  pints RedLine 10wt Medium fork oil $11.00ea
2) 92093-1480 fork dust seal $9.44 each
2) 92049-1496 fork set $10.04 each
2) 44018-1060 fork bushing $13.61 each (if needed)
2) 92028-1784 fork bushing $10.43 each (if needed)
Above at RonAyers.com pricing
Labor $100 for one valve kit, $125 for two carry/ship in. Add $45.00 for either on bike.

Here's a great intro to suspension setup after you get your forks back:

It's a great set of videos to own...this isn't a black art, you can adjust your own suspension and get it pretty darn nice.

ZRX RC Cola/Moon Pie Table
The New ELS RC Cola tables are ready to go.

You can work on the top-end, you can work on the tranny/crankshaft or you can just display your extra motor in the living room!

The table flips over easily and is INCREDIBLY strong! I was jumping up and down on the motor upside down and there's not a hint of flex.

The lower case easily removes with the table upside down. The top comes off with four bolts and top end work is a breeze! No more chasing the motor around the floor :-) If you ever do motor work on a ZRX, you need this!

When you are not using this table, it breaks down and fits inside a 20" x 20" x 4" box that you can slip under the bed or workbench.

You'll need to supply your own tempered glass, butcherblock or Corian etc top if you choose to use it as a table. The top is 21-3/4" deep by 19-1/4" wide (18-1/2" inside). The table is 25" tall.

The table has a brushed aluminum finish. It can be left as-is, painted, polished, anodized or you can stick all those huge Ivan's and Muzzys stickers you have on it.

$150.00 plus $20 shipping (it weighs 22 pounds) complete as shown...

or $125.00 plus $15 shipping for just the four waterjet cut aluminum plates (you suppy the allthread, pipe and hardware with this option).

Buy one for your bench-race group and you can share :uptosum:

This is one of my KOOLEST projects to date!!

I am fabricating a wire harness to make mine into a running test stand. I'll share notes soon.

KWICK Klock
Seiko movment, Chrome case, Industrial Velcro, Matches 99-00 gauges perfectly! Looks great on the 1200s also.
Weather resistant, a very nice Klock!
VERY Easy Install.
Large numbers, easy for Old Farts like me to read :-)

Sorry, no longer available :-(

ZRX Slipper Clutch
The real thing! A slipper clutch based on the ZX7R Factory one. A mix of used parts, new Kawasaki parts and new ZX7R "Race Kit" parts. Very easy to install. The Japanese racers claim this setup will hold 170+ hp. See the reviews on the ZRXOA.com Owners' Forum.

If you do track days, or ride VERY aggressively on the street, you need one of these.

Market price may vary, but currently $325.00 will get you one TRICK slipper clutch!
All parts needed for install are included, except for a clutch cover gasket. You reuse 3 of your clutch steels and all your fibers.

A 36mm socket is required for install.
Phone installation help is included.

(To lighten it up a bunch, you can order a Zephyr 1100 inner hub from Moriwaki Man in Japan. He's on the ZRXOA Forum. Order part number 13087-1144 from him. This hub does not contain the heavy spring & cam damper setup that the standard one has. This is not necessary, but it makes a trick addition!)

In Stock!

Temp Gauge

Fits in place exactly like the fuel gauge, see shop manual. Remove tank, fairing, gauge cluster etc.

You hitch up the wires exactly the same as the stock fuel gauge on the back.

Remove the idiot sender and wire, tape wire end to keep from errant blinking.

You remove the white w/yellow tracer wire from the fuel sender, attach the included wire end and boot, install the included sensor in place of the stock idiot sensor...do NOT used teflon tape!! The sender must ground. Use a pipe sealant or Permatex #1 or #2 sealant or silicone made for water sealing... and connect the wht/yellow wire to it.

Installation is complete.

The dead center of the gauge, which also is marked with a black line, is calibrated by me on each individual gauge to be 212 degrees F (100 degrees C), the temp that the fan will fire up at.

See the pics below for 212 and ice water 32 degree positions.

The sender is brand new Kawasaki. The gauge core is used, tested, Kawasaki...Kaw has discontinued the only gauge that is adaptable to this application, so they are only available used. The gauge face plastic is laser cut for me and I make the gauge face to apply to it. I cannot make the face white...well, I probably could but... As I said, the gauge is used and market price and availability may vary.

The gauge assembly, temp sender, wire connector and phone tech support: $135.00 plus $5.00 shipping.

PayPal to: Pete@Hyper-Formance.com
Plastic: 480-961-0643

Optional: two sender thermostat housing, $55 each exchange. Second bung for mounting second sender welded on. With this, you can keep the idiot light and the gauge.

(The white plastic in the pic is my test stand wiring setup)

This is really a neat setup as you can view the water temp out of the corner of your eye easily. No biggie Ewe say?? I had a Yoshimura digital gauge on 'er and when I would do track days I had to force myself to take my eyes off the track, and then convert number to "Hot? Cold? OK?" thought. Most times I never looked at it until I was on the pit road. A analog gauge is what Ewe need in a hy-po situation...ask any racecar driver.

Anyway, the first local guy that buys one and comes by will get free install help so I can take photos for the installation instructions....but, it really is a straight forward install and the shop manual covers it all. It should not take you more than an hour or so if you are reasonably good with a wrench.
